Thank you to everyone for helping me raise the money needed to instruct Marc Willers QC and for your ongoing support

I will instruct Marc as soon as possible this week. Marc will consider evidence I have sent him to support my challenge to The London Plan and will finalise his opinion of the merits of my challenge in writing in the context of any amendments that have been made to the final plan when it is published

Depending on Marc Willers' advice, I will decide whether there are sufficient grounds to send a formal letter - known as a "letter before claim" - either directly or through a solicitor to the Mayor of London (the "Mayor") asking him to remedy any specific issues Marc believes merit challenge

If I send the letter before claim to the Mayor, I will need to raise additional funds promptly in anticipation that the Mayor will contest some or all of the issues raised in the letter and that it may be necessary to consider legal action

Some people are still kindly offering to make donations now

I will hold these donations and use them to fund any unforeseen costs that I incur prior to deciding whether to issue a letter of claim and then to help pursue any further action I decide to take

When we reach the end of this journey, I will donate any money left to the NHS Charities Together Appeal
