On Friday, I  instructed Marc Willers QC of Garden Court Chambers in London for advice on my challenge to The London Plan

I would like to thank everybody for your support in helping me to seek Marc's advice

I am also incredibly grateful to Marc Willers for accepting a direct instruction on a challenge that raises a number of substantial legal issues

I strongly believe that Marc's opinion will be of huge benefit to people across London who are questioning the process by which development policies, as well as housing and jobs targets in their area, have been agreed and the impact of planned growth on the environment and particularly protected habitats and species
