Being a real estate broker, i have closely observed the honest landlords losing hefty amount of money due to the professional tenants. Delayed hearings and prolonged eviction orders has put landlords in the pathetic situation. We make a humble request to our govt officials and LTB to take this matter with the uttermost priority. No landlord should lose his/her house and hard earned money because of dishonest slackers who choose not to work hard and instead prey on hardworking people who has worked consistently for years to build their wealth. There is a strong and urgent need to set up a fast track court  for escalating evictions of such non paying tenants and their wages should be garnished effective immediately.
