When will ALL pertinent authorities finally ' GET HELP ' to address their " We Don't Want To Talk About It ' SYNDROME ' " in the matter of Stalking-by-proxy (and its associated crimes of neuro voyeurism and remote trespass) — including and certainly not limited to corporate leaders at the Weis grocery store chain, at Xylem global water and 3 Day Blinds??  Why do they with our Public Safety Service Officers find it so necessary to not disallow sicarios on standby anywhere anytime or to sic even their lying in wait mobile duty sicario swarm on me at every food shopping trip, at every backing-out-of-the-driveway experience and every stroll along a public sidewalk??  What could be the cause of such ' MASS PSYCHOGENIC ILLNESSES '??  Or should we blame ' FACTORS IN THE ENVIRONMENT '??  Perhaps ' UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS '??  Some are suggesting greed simply is to blame??  How about a glitch??  As in neuro cognitive glitches??

How about NEURO COGNITIVE GLITCHES??
