Eric Karlstrom: We “targeted individuals” (TIs) find ourselves in a battle for our very survival. Indeed, many do not survive the initial “shock and awe” psychological and electronic warfare assaults deployed against them or comprehend that they are being viciously attacked. Thus, my research and experience as a TI leads me to believe that education and knowledge of “the program” are the best “countermeasures.” My hope is that the “Lifeline Project” will help save and/or extend the lives of many targeted individuals (TIs) now being extra-judicially targeted, tracked, tortured, and terrorized and will help expose and shut down this horrific black operation (Unacknowledged Special Access Program).
