Photo 1 of 3 }}  "Remotely shut off your car.  This is how the government criminals do this.  Method 1 - Using an RF sweep between 200 Mhz - 1340 Mhz, and broadcast 50 nanosecond pulses at the Engine Control Unit (ECU) in a car - causes the ECU to reset, and the engine shuts off.  Range is limited to about 100 feet, because it does not use beamforming.  Method 2 - Using the L & S frequency bands, which are 1 - 2 GHz, and 2 - 4 Ghz, nanosecond pulses are broadcast at the ECU, using a microwave beamform from a cell tower.  Engine is shut down.  Nearly unlimited range.  These frequencies can also be broadcast from a large drone or satellite, using microwave beamforming."
