If you are overseeing a "fencing-in" (as in 'geo') of us with your Thurmont facility for the program of excessive and "enhanced" surveillance with technology that borders on military-grade, please know we never agreed to that participation nor volunteered for such a thing, know we do not want to be involved, know we are asking you to release us immediately from that arrangement.
