ODNI at month 9 of probe

Maybe some of the language DNI Haines chose to black out in her Executive Summary relates to content in Ms. Ella Free's billboard message (photo) -- maybe even in a supportive way?? We victims who were never diplomats abroad but suffer profusely nonetheless, as chronic targets of pulsed microwave assaults too, can always choose to hope so.

The ODNI has announced its publication of the director's declassified 4-page statement on the status of Intelligence Community investigation into on-the-job health incidents or 'AHIs' (popularly known as 'Havana Syndrome') involving diplomats (and spies) with a Press Release it does not redact.

Ms. Free pushes signage for public spaces, whether above ground or under. Signs she sponsors are seen in countries all over this world. They come in different languages, various styles, and any size. The billboard pictured is next to a California highway.

Ella Free is an "everyday" victim of RF signal misuse and associated crimes.
