Mr. Garfield cause in the news }} "Advocacy for Victims of Havana Syndrome" appears in a database maintained by the Virginia State Corporation Commission -- see 11288781. The entity was formalized last October and shows an address in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. Its directors are identified as Robyn Garfield and Sucheta Sharma. Lately, the traditional news outlets have been acknowledging them. (Readers who are "directed, pulsed radio frequency energy attack" victims that were never U.S. diplomats and spies especially should not skip my endnote on bottom of update if they want to fully appreciate the significance of the maneuver by Sharma and Garfield.):

Biden Signs Law Helping 'Havana Syndrome' Victims
... Robyn Garfield, an advocate for Havana syndrome victims, welcomed the signing but said much more needs to be done. As a Commerce Department officer, Garfield was evacuated from Shanghai, China, with his wife and two children in June 2018 after experiencing symptoms.
"We remain deeply concerned by the continued disparity in treatment and support among different agencies of our government," Garfield said in a statement to VOA. "In concert with implementation of the HAVANA Act, we urge the Administration to adopt a uniform diagnostic and treatment protocol across agencies to ensure that all who serve, and their families, have access to the best possible care."
Garfield said that for too long, too many victims have faced skepticism and have been treated as adversaries instead of partners by the agencies they worked for. "That needs to stop." (Nation World News Desk, Sep 10)

Biden signs bill to boost support for "Havana Syndrome" victims
... Robyn Garfield, a Commerce Department officer who fell ill in China in 2018 and now leads a Havana Syndrome victims' advocacy group, said in a statement of the bill signing, "Now begins the hard work of building on the authorities granted here to provide the necessary assistance to us as we cope with the injuries sustained in the course of our service to the United States Government and the American people."
"We remain deeply concerned by the continued disparity in treatment and support among different agencies of our government," Garfield said. "[W]e urge the Administration to adopt a uniform diagnostic and treatment protocol across agencies to ensure that all who serve, and their families, have access to the best possible care." Newsweek: CIA Backtracks On Havana Syndrome After Director Issued Warning To Russian Spies
... Advocates for some of the reported Havana Syndrome victims have condemned the agency's interim assessment. "The decision to release the report now and with this particular set of 'findings' seems a breach of faith, and an undermining of the intent of Congress and the president to stand with us and reach a government-wide consensus as to what is behind this," they said in a statement issued to Politico. "This report was neither cleared nor coordinated through the interagency and must stand as the assessment of one agency (CIA) alone." (Dutton, Jan 20)
CIA: (Most) Havana Syndrome (Probably) Not Caused by Foreign Attack
... Victims criticized the CIA for releasing partial findings and said they hoped it was not motivated by a desire to deny them financial aid.
“The decision to release the report now and with this particular set of ‘findings’ seems a breach of faith, and an undermining of the intent of Congress and the president to stand with us and reach a government wide consensus as to what is behind this,” read a statement released by advocates for the victims.
They went on to note that the CIA’s leak brings them “no closer to an answer” on the true cause of their suffering. (Hartmann, Jan 20)
CIA finds no ‘worldwide campaign’ by any foreign power behind mysterious ‘Havana syndrome’
... On Wednesday evening, a group whose members think they and some of their family members were attacked rejected the agency’s findings. “The CIA’s newly issued report may be labeled ‘interim’ and it may leave open the door for some alternative explanation in some cases, but to scores of dedicated public servants, their families, and their colleagues, it has a ring of finality and repudiation,” the group Advocacy for Victims of Havana Syndrome said in a statement. (Harris and Ryan, Jan 20)

CIA "Havana Syndrome" task force rules out foreign attacks in most reported cases in interim report
... But victims' groups responded to the CIA's interim findings with concern and disappointment, and urged investigations into the incidents' cause to continue.
"[A]s the CIA itself acknowledges, not all the cases can be explained away. This cannot and must not be the last word on this matter, because it is neither definitive, nor comprehensive," the "Advocacy for Victims of Havana Syndrome" group said in a statement. "We respectfully ask the President of the United States to tell the interagency to keep working and return to him at such time as they have a collective answer or hypothesis."
The group also called on congressional oversight committees to "examine the conclusions" and crafting of the report, as well as the decisions that led to its release. (Gazis, Jan 20)

Endnote,
Derrick C. Robinson: Shortly after publication of last week's newsletter, I received an email from someone who claims that he, too has received a diagnosis of Havana Syndrome from his doctor and that his State Department questionnaire is now a part of his medical record.
And we are hoping to find more TI's who have been diagnosed with Havana Syndrome by their doctor. This way, the more Havana Syndrome diagnoses there are, the more likely our cause will be taken seriously. These are VERY important developments. I will be reporting as many cases as I can find. This information will be extremely important in the days ahead for our community, as we leverage credibility from the now politically-correct term for our microwave attacks, the Havana Syndrome.
At the time of this publication, I have been informed of a third diagnosis, however, I am awaiting more details and verification.
Below are documents that you may need to prove your case to your doctor.
"US State Department Havana Syndrome Questionnaire"
"An Assessment of Illness in US Government Employees and Their Families at Overseas Embassies"
