Mr. Ludwick's recent comment }} My Name is Samuel Robert Ludwick. My Education consists of an Associate of Science Degree in Architectural Design and Construction Technology, graduating with a 4.0 grade point average, an Associate of Arts Degree in General Education, graduating with a 3.7 grade point average, at Miami Dade College. I was admitted to Miami Dade College through the IASA Program, “The Improving Schools Act” of 1994. I had to complete full Academic Testing and go through a substantial amount of inoculations to get into the program. I also completed (3) three years of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering at Florida A&M University, I had to stop going to school after my mother passed away in 2001 due to trying to work, go to school, deal with my mother’s passing, being gang stalked, and suffering from “Electronic Intrusion”. So, unfortunately, I never completed my education in Construction Engineering, due to the Attack by Gang Stalkers, and the Electronic Intruders. Throughout my Testimony you will see that the Evidence is there to find exactly which Contractors are Attacking me, and many others in Europe according to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger, who has many Clients in Europe. She stated the same organizations, and Companies doing this to me, are also doing this to Citizens of various Nations, and Societies in Europe and around the World.
I am being victimized by Electronic Intrusion through Remote Neural Monitoring, and Remote Influence of my Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord), and Peripheral Nervous Systems (somatic and autonomic) causing involuntary body, and brain processes from Wireless Neural Electromagnetic Frequency Signals directed to unlawful implanted Nanobiotechnology (Mesogens).
