One year precisely after the "Havana Syndrome" was declared an attack in a very public consensus study report backed by the U.S. State Department, we see that there are still no rules in place by anyone anywhere for governing the use of potentially deadly Radio Frequency (RF) Weapons. We hear no talk by anyone anywhere that addresses the need even for such rules, unless of course the person's name is Dr. Armin Krishnan in Greenville, North Carolina.
