WASHINGTON [Feb 19] — “There are currently ten TI’s living essentially targeting free here with me in a kind of temporary Free Will Haven, pending any future ability to purchase a rural farm/ranch for the Free Will Society’s intentional community, to which we would caravan as a group. More are intent on coming for the safety in numbers and the unique situation here which tends to deter traditional targeting methods, it seems. I could enumerate factors which seem in play, which I suppose includes the fact that I’m here with my skills and very professional TSCM countermeasures gear, capable of detecting/analyzing/documenting targeting signals in both the brainwave frequencies and as high as about 10Ghz. The small local Police force here (Westport WA) have proven themselves understanding and helpful, and two Churches aid us, as well. We need more Members and donations if a low-cost self-sustaining and truly defensible community is to be established.”
