For all victims out there. If you are a victim, tell EVERYONE. I do not care how many people say that you are crazy. Contact the FBI and FCC this is important. Describe to them what it feels like, how it sounds, what you are hearing. Keep a journal. Every little thing no matter how small or crazy it may sound write it down. Copy it and keep sending it in to the federal government, local authorities your congress man, etc. Name your offenders to all government officials, local authorities and the television news and news papers. You can do so legally. Letter writing is best because a lot of these people will reroute your emails. Although I am still in the midst of being attacked for the past few years I was given a case with the FCC it is in enforcement. Also another unnamed federal agency whom I assume is the FBI. If you are in California contact Agent David Hartshorn of the San Francisco FCC Office. Contact the FBI Roseville California. These two agencies are aware of what is going on. I truly believe that these type of cases will be brought to justice. One last thing, I am a victim from Riverbank, California who moved to Fort Worth, Texas. I can tell you that it does not help to move. Except that our authorities here in Texas take this matter very seriously. I hope this helps.
