U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND heard from this petition author in the fall of 2019. I called SOCOM to make a report about the directed energy attacks, the unbearable microwave beaming of human beings, happening in my neighborhood. At the time, it was September, the U.S. Army was showing a number on its socom.mil website people should use to make reports on domestic threats. So I used it, I called, got a male voice that asked for an address. I gave several addresses, all local. I was down, in my yard, on the grass, as close to it as I could get, ‘grounded’ (that was my routine), and weakened, and incapacitated by this crap that has not been stopped, however, despite my call and though I am very near Camp David—the president’s mountain retreat is just 7 miles away.
I almost feel like the Ellipse gets what it deserves.

[ Extract ] In a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing Thursday morning, Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) questioned Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines about why the intelligence community has kept many of the details about the potential attacks classified.
“I would argue that with stories like this, with stories that have appeared over the last two years, really, and those people who have been affected who have gone public, that the horse is out of the barn on this. The information is already out there and I, I think it behooves us all to try and make sure that the information that gets out is accurate and that people understand what’s happening and that there is an effort to respond,” Shaheen said.
Haines said that while she would work to get lawmakers the information needed to make a good decision, “Our concern obviously with the classification is because we believe that either it’s protecting sources or methods and it’s critical to our national security.”

‘Havana Syndrome’ Attacks Targeting White House Under Investigation

Miller said the investigation found a new case “every couple of weeks.” Those cases went beyond targeting officials and included their children and others close to them.
