MANY AROUND THE WORLD find themselves on the receiving end of the malicious use of focused radio frequency energy (or RF microwave radiation). Concentrated, wall-penetrating RF microwave radiation is beamed at people intentionally and deliberately by those who have understood how to weaponize it: "RF Terrorism" is rampant. The victims of "RF terrorists" call themselves "Targeted Individuals" or 'TIs.'
