Dear Senator Warner, I plan to write to you everyday. If one day you fail to receive a message from me, that will be the day that I die at the hands of a known instigator, mastermind, supervisor, perpetrator of Radio Frequency (RF) Terrorism. Many around the world find themselves on the receiving end of the malicious use of focused radio frequency energy (or RF microwave radiation). Concentrated RF microwave radiation is beamed at people intentionally and deliberately by those who have understood how to weaponize it: "RF Terrorism" is rampant. The victims of "RF terrorists" call themselves "Targeted Individuals" or 'TIs.' 'TIs' are viciously stalked, and tortured relentlessly, and of course poisoned, some until they die from the targeting (which leaves behind zero evidence). Some escape to Washington and Texas to meet up with other 'TI' RV'ers who are busy now setting up safer havens on land they buy or rent together. 'TIs' huddle. They flee and even abandon homes they own that become the bullseye for "RF terrorist" attacks. Or they commit suicide. On behalf of 'TIs' everywhere who all quietly suffer because nobody anywhere cares, and their allies, I started a petition.
