Too many on its receiving end do not appear in the database for the targeted and on the spreadsheet and map for the targeted offered by “Surveillance and Harassment Survivors Alliance” (SHSA), one such “non-governmental organization.”

Your petition author is urging all TIs on the planet to get a PIN soon because, until we see “15,230” and “152,300” in the bottom row, this spreadsheet won’t tell the truth—about “current extent.”
