Nowadays, Earth's climate is changing rapidly and differently. Every country is experiencing the drastic effects of climate change. United Nations has stated that greenhouse emissions have increased by more than 50% higher than in 1990. Other than that, sea levels have risen by about 20 cm (8 inches) since 1880 and are projected to rise another 30–122 cm (1 to 4 feet) by 2100. Now, we can see the effects of climate change on our world. 

We, as the people who live on this Earth, need to take action to make the changes to save our world. In this petition, I encourage everyone to take a small step as an action which is to start controlling our household energy use. Specifically, the usage of electricity in our daily lives. Producing and using electricity more efficiently reduces both the amount of fuel needed to generate electricity and the number of greenhouse gases and other air pollution emitted as a result. Let us start with a small action to contribute to the big impacts in the future. Saving the world is our responsibility.
