Ask #1: Lift the current funding for non-residential Runaway and Homeless
Youth supports into a separate budget line, and add an additional $30K
per county to support increased prevention services equaling $1.86M.

Ask #2: Increase the current funding for all residential Runaway and
Homeless Youth supports by funding an additional $45K per county,
equaling $2.8M.
