Stop Instagram from banning innocent meme pages.

The Issue

As of recently, my companion meme pages have been terminated due to the nature and humor of the jokes and or memes that've been posted. The meme community understands the jokes used and it's become a family. When a meme page is removed, it's like the community lost a family member. That said, today we lost another meme page only hours after being created. There were absolutely NO posts at all nor meme-type name to this account. It's becoming a huge problem. Instead of Instagram terminating these accounts, compromises such as having strikes on accounts or telling people who dislike these accounts to block them can be made. I'd also want to bring up an app that doesn't have such a gianormous following; iFunny. This app is designed for meme pages to thrive and make people laugh, what meme pages do on Instagram. What's the difference? It's the same thing just on a different platform. Now most of the memes that people (including me) post are history-based. A lot these jokes we use were jokes used back in whatever time period it's based upon. If anything, people do gain a sense of historic knowledge from memes and understand life slightly better in whatever time period it was aimed for. Memes are not only historic, but very humorous. The memes we make, though obscene, are very funny and put a smile on people's face. This is the entire goal of our accounts, to make people smile and laugh and forget about some life problems. We're not doing any of this seriously or with any other intentions, only for people to smile and laugh. As a side note, the meme community has been keeping some sanity on Instagram. We've noticing the growing number of child pornography accounts on the site, granted most of these are from other countries. They 100% violate the Instagram Community Guidlines and our pages recognize this problem, thus, sharing the page and advising people to report them. We try our best to keep the Instagram Community civil. In conclusion, I with many other people, agree that you at Instagram need to think more in depth and thoroughly before terminating meme pages. There are far worse problems on the app that need to be addressed than our small and harmless community. Thank you.
