But were you aware that approximately 6.5 million animals enter shelters each year? Even with that, they are overlooked by many. These animals that arrive at the shelter are already undergoing lots of stress and trauma, yet they have to deal with sitting in a noisy shelter with no guarantee that they will find a forever home. It is very hard to control the amount of animals that are brought into shelters, but it is not hard to give them the love and respect they deserve.
