There really isn't much that needs to be said about this. Drawing crowds of people to a cemetery to play pokemon go is just wrong. Not only is it desrespectful to families of those who have past, but to the dead as well. These people should be able to rest in peace, and a cemetery should be a place to mourn loved ones and celebrate their lives PRIVATELY.
