I think that all pets should be licenced. That way if people want to own pets with this licencing they can: 1. Have points off there licence (like 3 strikes) for not taking the responsibility seriously (picking up faeces, walking on a lead, not getting them microchipped) 2. If the animals are being neglected, abused and/or killed then there licences should be revoked, then go on an Animal abuse register (like sex offenders) never to own an animal again and to be put in prison for longer sentences instead of a slap on the wrist! Join and see how far we can get! Animals can't speak for themselves so who better to speak up for them and save their lives? From suffering and neglect. Justice for all animals!
