Let's get Isles & Glaciers back together.

The Issue

Isles & Glaciers was a super-group that was rightfully helmed by the artistic minds of Vic Fuentes, Jonny Craig,
and Craig Owens (each currently belonging to Pierce The Veil, SLAVES, and an Eponymous solo act). Within the two years
of their collaboration with producer Casey Bates and mixer Brian Southall, the band created a seven-track Extended Play
tilted "The Hearts of Lonely People", which at the time of its release, was widely praised for its influentially diverse
conglomeration of musical styles and impacting; heart-felt lyrical content that it contained within its setlist.
"The Hearts Of Lonely People" was a unique congregation, not only because of the wide scope of musical creativity it
drew from each artist, but also because of the circumstances in which its engenderment was formulated under.
Much of the material that was recorded for the album itself was done mostly over long-distance by each contributor
and was then strewn together by Brian Southall, meaning practically none of the music was conducted in-studio. The fact
that something driven almost solely by the passion of artistic expression within near-dismal conditions, along with the
effort that was put into developing certain motifs and themes that can be found in the album's artwork and music,
speaks volumes for the true potential that Isles & Glaciers left behind in it's disbandment. With much of the reasons
for the band's discontinuation being relatively diminished through the passage of time, we hope that we may soon see
more of what made Isles & Glaciers a staple in the post-hardcore/experimental genre, and that we may see it from the
same incredibly gifted individuals who are responsible for it's creation.
