I was recently charged with in-school action by JJC when I did nothing wrong. The "Office of Student Rights and Respnsibilities" took this action against me, in addition to two in-school no contact porders on two separate faculty members without cause or reason. The first being Katrina Winn, who oversees the CIOS/CIS/IT department where I was applying for an on-campus job. She had conspired with Jonothan Feit who works in the Office of Student Rights to deprive me of the interview that was recently scheduled. The way I was approached by Jonothan Feit at JJC was rude and time-consuming, and sketchy. I addressed Mrs. Winn (out of confusion) appropriately by email about the situation to try and clarify and resolve whatever the issue was, then she made up a story that she was in fear for her safety when I tried. Another faculty, Coach Gregory Braun lied and said he was doing open tryouts for the Wolves Baseball team, then turned around and said the team was full. It is a violation of EEOC laws if any sort of benefit is offered to players (such as cash stipends, free meals, scholarships) to not offer an equal opportunity. It is also a violation of Title 9 of the Department of Edication Organization Act to not allow an equal opportunity, to at least tryout for the team. In response to his contradicting statements, I tried to clarify the concern as well as express that I am superior in athletics and baseball, I was met with a no-contact order on him also when he lied and said I harrassed him. I was restricted from campus for almost two months while they plot and conspire. During which time I was deprived of my $25.00 gym fee I just purchased for the end of the Spring 2019 Semester, and I also recuated myself from my English 101 course due to how the incident effected me emotionally and psychologically. I have spoken with other students who have expressed to me that justice is not being served on campus, and corruption looms in the midsts. I have also found several lawsuits on JJC by current and past students for various forms of misconduct, including similar as to this. I have appealed the issues as far as I can at JJC, and have filed a lawsuit, which was denied access to the Will County Court. I am filing a Federal Lawsuit on 6/21/19 to sue Will County Courthouse for violating my First and Fourteenth Amendments and a federal Mandate for Will County Courthouse to hear the case.I will be filing bcomplaints also with the ICCB and ISBE which both have jurisdiction over JJC in the meantime. During the waiting process for Justice in Court, alongside the two State Education filings, I am doing this Civil Petition for releif of judgment from JJC and complete resolution; it is causing me an issue with potential employment in my area of interest for a profession, potentially becoming abaseball player and enjoying the passions of both, or even attending a ballgame for leisure or to assess my competition for tryouts, not to mention a number of courses that both faculty teach that I need. They are causing me issues in all areas of my life, and making me miserable, and making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, when I haven't even done anything! This is not just to help me get justice, but it will help other students that are struggling if not suffering under immoral and unjust actions by JJC, and all future students to come! My particular releif includes:

1. Lift no-contact order on Katrina Winn

2. Lift no-contact order on Coach Gregory Braun

3. Compensate me my $25.00 for the gym fee I was deprived of (RESOLVED)

4. Reimburse my Student Account for the English 101 Class during the no-tresspass order

5. Reduce "tenure" (more than 5 years at full time) of JJC probation to be no longer than 2 semesters
