Stop WMIH Corp Bonuses

Stop WMIH Corp Bonuses
The Issue
The shareholders of WMIH Corp "WMIH" NASDAQ listed signing below would like to express our concerns to the Board of Directors (BOD) for their inactions. In october 2015 the company reported a $11.1 million charge for a failed deal without any accountability. The Board of Directors of WMIH Corp is failing at their fiduciary duties toward shareholders.
Shareholders have never had a Question & Answer conference with CEO or any other Executive members to address the important issues. There are 8356 shareholders that would like to hear from BOD after such a long period of silence on your part. Until that happens we demand NO more Bonuses awarded to BOD on June 1st 2016 or any other date until you address our concerns or M&A is announced.
If shareholders are important to the well being of a Corporate entity, we believe you could do a lot more to generate performance in our investment. So far you have only generated big salaries & bonuses for not performing & not informing properly. This is not the correct way to generate confidence & support.
