Yesterday June 22, 2016 Jamal McMillan age 14 was charged with multiple counts and degrees of murder of his own sister. Anyone that knows the family knows how close they are and how much they love each other. He passed his sister a loaded gun that accidently went off and shot her in her chest. Now Jamal is being held at a detention center and accused of murdering his own blood. If you have children can you even imagine losing two children in one day. We're starting this petition to show the courts how much he loved his sister, how he would never do anything to hurt or harm her purposely, and how wrong they are. It was a tragic accident that no one should go through and no 14 year old should have to face. His sister will truly be missed. Jamal is a student, a star athlete, a son, a brother, a cousin and a friend. His sister will truly be missed. What happened was a tragic accident and he shouldn't have to face this.
