Based on recent news. Philippine celebrity: Ellen Adarna has exploited and harassed a minor online all because of the assumption that the minor took a picture of her in a public restaurant. 

As Ellen Adarna said "she chose not to get mad but to reciprocate".
In other words, instead of going to the kid in person she went online and posted a video just to bash the poor girl. It turns out that the young girl was just taking pictures of her food and her surroundings just like any normal person would do.

Ellen Adarna is nearly 30 years old while the girl is just a high school student. 

If this was done in a different country, Ellen Adarna would get hit by a lawsuit on top of losing her endorsements because of bullying and exposing a minor.
