No one should support United Airlines that forcibly beat/assaulted a paying customer when he simply did not take up the volunteer offer to leave the airplane. The man in question was a doctor on his way home to see his patients. United overbooked the flight and asked passengers to volunteer to give up their seats for $400. No one volunteered. United decided to "randomly" select four people to leave. This doctor refused, as you would think he has a right to do (that's how volunteering works), and United decided to let the police knock him out, possibly with a concussion, and drag his limp body off the plane. It was a disgusting act. All because United thinks it's okay to kick paying passengers off a plane so that some of their crew members can have seats on the flight.
