Victory!

We have achieved a (partial) victory. Due to the high volume of support, the committee is still recommending the move from a rankings-based to ratings-based system. However, they have recommended to keep 3A and 2A/1A separate, and to engage in close collaboration with OMEA and ACDA to ensure qualifying numbers correctly reflect the number of choir programs in the state.
