European Parliament: Stop dolphin and whale massacre in Denmark!

It is time that we, citizens of this planet, called upon our own governments to tell Denmark / Faroe Islands that the whales and dolphins they slaughter are not theirs to kill. It is time that we fought back for the sake of those who cannot speak at our courts. See more info here

Letter to
European Parliament
I saw The Cove some days ago for the first time. At the end of the film I was crying and so ashamed of being human. Today, my mom send me a mail with a link to the article "Denmark’s Faroe Islands Continue Dolphin Slaughter" by JOHN TAYLOR... and I could not believe my eyes. It's not just in the far Japan that this kind of things happen! They happen here also, next to me, in Denmark! Now I'm ashamed of being European!

John Taylor wrote in his site Protect the Ocean, that “Thousands of people have signed petitions. The government of Denmark / Faroe Islands ignores them; petitions go unheeded. It is time that we, citizens of this planet, called upon our own governments to tell Denmark / Faroe Islands that the whales and dolphins they slaughter are not theirs to kill. It is time that we fought back for the sake of those who cannot speak at our courts.” For this reason I ask your excellency to consider the killing of dolphins and whales as a crime in Europe. If the Government of Denmark is not sufficiently civilized to banish a cruel tradition, then the European law has the duty to force the finish this kind of horrible massacres.
