180, 000 people’s passports are revoked in Turkey due to State of Emergency. SEended but people can’t leave the country in legal ways so they flee to Greece and in that process tens of babies, mothers and fathers die as we speak now. They can’t find jobs in Turkey because for four years they have been demonized daily. Their “crime” is being a part of Gulen Movement. Nobody hires them. For their children’s future they flee but they drown in Evros(Meriç) river. Turkey for them is an open air prison. This is a genocide without gas chambers. I met some of them who could make it to the USA to seek asylum. Please help me to raise awareness. They don’t have a super power backing them to put sanctions in Turkish government to save them-they have us. If we don’t do anything as people of conscience and justice, nobody will do anything as we have seen in our own country, in Syria, in Burma, in Yemen.... Please let us push European Parliament to put pressure on Turkish government and President Erdogan.
