Universal income would permit people to feel alleviated out of poverty in civilized nations, this would bring about:

a) reduced incidence of motivation for deviance

b) improved sense of security that the state is insuring basic needs (Maslow, 1943)

c) less sense of chaotic disorder in which society might feel represents our life.
