That flixbus answers about lost luggages!!

Flixbus is a company that started in 2013 which offers intercity bus service in Europe and the United States. The problem with this company, is that it does not comply with the rights of the passenger respectively. There are many cases of misinformation, because many on their team, especially the drivers, do not speak another world language such as English, apart from French or German. This allows accidents to happen, such as the bus leaving the passenger in the middle of nowhere without luggage, and there is no answer by the same company. The only solution that they offer is that the passenger must cover their own expenses and arrive to the next bus stop (they are not making it clear which customer service you should call, instead they have a countless amount of numbers that only make the passenger more confused).
Neither do they comply with the services that they offer. The buses are usually dirty, without functional bathroom, without wifi or electric current. Services they offer on their website.
But the most serious problem with the company is that the cases of lost luggage increases every day, in fact there are thefts in the same route, false hopes and a customer service that does not respond specifically. I have read cases of luggage that have been lost for 12 months, without any compensation while keeping the user with the hope of some day finding their belongings. That is playing with the passengers in a very vile way. I have even read a case of a man who paid flixbus to send him his luggage, in the shipment process they told him that his luggage was lost and they keeped the 17 Euros of the shipment.
A company so irresponsible that totally lack professionalism should be penalized. They should return the belongings to their rightful owner. This includes me, since the bus with the route N770 Copenhagen to Paris of this company, On August 9, left me with three other people in a gas station in the middle of a road in Germany, with only our wallets and the wearing clothes. They told us that the luggage was in Brussels, however, we had to go on our own. We spent more than 400 euros, just to get to Brussels at midnight. Only to find absolutely nothing. No luggage , no further information or any office belonging to flixbus.
It is really frustrating as a tourist to lose your things,in my case, they are important and truly personal belongings that I have had for several years! The cases I have read tell the same stories. The passengers have lost ther laptops, cell phones, earphones, and complete suitcases with all the belongings, even passports!
I hope that together we will achieve that these cases will be heard and achieve a concrete and real response from Flixbus, or at least leave the precedent in the European Commission to carry out a comprehensive review of this company and regulate its activities in accordance with the regulation [EC] 1371 / 2007 on rail passengers' rights and regulations
It shouldn´t be an excuse that the tickets are fairly cheap or that "you get what you pay for" .You should be offered a basic level of service, and not be treated like another cow in a cow rail, where flixbus can do whatever they want with you belongings,
