The EU needs to change its laws on EU contributions. Now every country can legitimately use EU money  to torture /  mistreated animals without the EU being able to intervene when it is up to each country decide over the contributions they receive. It is Our taxmoney and we do not consider they should go to support public shelters  in Romania Who dont treat animals ok. There is torture and corruption going on and all Done public .. time to make a change and help the strays in Romania once and for all .
