Invite the Big 5 and the host country to perform their songs in the Semi-Finals

Since 2000 the four biggest financial contributors of the EBU and the Eurovision Song Contest (France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom) have automatically qualified for the final, regardless of their results in the previous contests. Since 2011, with Italy’s return to the contest after a 13-year absence, the Big Four became Big Five. Together with the Big Five the host country of each year’s shows qualifies for the Grand Final automatically.
These six countries don’t have to participate in the Semi-Finals of the Eurovision Song Contest. Therefore they perform their songs in the Grand Final for the first time. It can be a disadvantage for them because the viewers of the show can’t see their performances and they can’t hear the live versions of the songs before the Grand Final.
I think it would be better if these countries got the opportunity to show their performances to the viewers before the Grand Final. The best way is to perform in the Semi-Finals as interval act. Those three countries that were allocated to vote in the first Semi-Final should perform in that show and the other three countries that vote in the second Semi-Final should perform in that show.
This change could increase the chances of these countries in the Contest and probably the viewing figures in these countries would be better.
The organizers of the shows could also save a lot of money with this change: they don't have to pay a lot for two different interval acts.
