COVID-19 pandemic in Europe causes many cancellations and postpones of events. On 18 March 2020, European Broadcasting Union (EBU) decided the cancellation of the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam this May because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe. On 20 March 2020, EBU decided that the selected songs for Eurovision 2020 cannot compete in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.

Eurovision Song Contest is not only a three-night-show. There are lots of working for composing, writing and recording songs; staging and excellent TV show. Song selection season for Eurovision 2020 has already completed before the cancellation. 41 artists from 41 participating countries selected their songs with national finals or internal selection. There are a lot of working for each song which were done by composers, song-writers, singers, music companies and public broadcasters. However, the 20 March decision of the Eurovision's Referance Group disregards all this endeavours. This is unjistice for all these people. Respect is one of the basic element of the Eurovision Song Contest.

European Broadcasting Union (EBU) have to change the decision about the songs immediately. This is the only way to protecting 65-year Eurovision's morals.
