By building the champions league stadium seen in the iconic advert this would solve a number of problems.

Firstly it would stop the game being played in a tinpot stadium in an unwelcoming country. 

Secondally, it could have a world record attendance so that more fans could watch the final, instead of corporates.

Furthermore the atmosphere would be reverberated around the ground by the big stars making a half open roof.

Funding can be attained for this project through previous bribes which have previously taken place, for example the money given to match officals for Real Madrid games. Or from FIFA’s obvious corruption in giving the next two world cups to Russia and Qatar and not to England.
