But do ask for help in drafting your text. It must specify which Human Rights article is violated and you must ask the Committee to DO something on your behalf. Please email me also, if you have had experiences with the Children's Commissioner. I find it strange that I have never heard of her before, even though she is supposed to act as 'ombudsman'. So much for now, as I am trying to figure out which is the most effective and efficient way forwards - for individual cases AND for everybody already punished without crime!
