Fellow owners Celine Naughton and others have produced a template that owners who wish to submit complaints to the CCPC can use. The template is quite comprehensive and aims to serve as a guide only, so even if you do not have all the information go ahead and submit what you have. This can be used also for UK owners to submit to CMA, or owners from other EU member states who are submitting to their national consumer authority.
