This week petition numbers skyrocketed to 37,000! Thank you to each and every one of you who signed - you are helping me reach Etsy with the message that it must stop selling incest and child abuse themed merch.

Yesterday, ALP Federal Member for Lyons (Tasmania) Brian Mitchell again lent his voice to the petition, telling fellow elected MPs that Etsy must respond and take action:

“Etsy’s Board is very well-credentialed. But it cannot hide behind its facade of decency. They are complicit. They know about these products now. They must act.”

And after failed attempts to reach Etsy’s Directors via social media and phone, I emailed a letter to them with an urgent message to remove these products which eroticise child abuse immediately and respond to the petition. I’ll let you know when they respond.
