We are Russian artisans, designers and artists who sell our items on Etsy.com.  We create unique works of Russian folk art and design. We do not just sell souvenirs, our mission is to preserve Russian folk culture and craft.

Unfortunately, there is a little interest in our own culture in Russia right now. The only way for us to survive is to sell our products abroad.

Due to recent events, when more and more companies support sanctions against Russia, we ask you to support Russian sellers. We are against war. We are totally horrified by what is happening in Ukraine now. There is no excuse for this. However, it seems absolutely impossible and dangerous to show any forms of public disobedience currently here. Rallies are brutally dispersed and people are punished for the slightest expression of disagreement.

In addition, the Russian craft relocated to another country will lose some of its authenticity.

If Etsy turns its back on us now, we will have to give up our crafts and a unique pieces of Russian culture would be lost.

Definitely, we make a point that I want to preserve Russian culture as a part of humankind art heritage while it's still possible.

We as sellers are responsible to our customers.  Many of us make unique things that cannot be replaced.  Please don't block our stores and help us find a way to accept payments from our customers.
Please don't turn your back on us like Pay Pal and many others have already done. Help us continue to work, enriching the world with beauty and calls for peace!
