UAE: Stop Blocking VOIP Services

For far too long, Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the United Arab Emirates such as Etisalat and DU have been blocking VoIP services in the region.
VoIP (or Voice over Internet Protocol) is a tool that allows people to communicate to others wirelessly instead of using traditional phones which can save people millions each year.
VoIP is crucial and needed for many families who are living in the United Arab Emirates and need to contact their loved ones who are living outside of the UAE. There are so many residents in the UAE who have family members and loved ones who live off-seas and an easy, and free way to contact them and keep in touch is via VoIP.
I personally, used VoIP services ever since they were introduced. They have saved me millions of dirhams (AED) a year and I cannot stress how important it is to so many people that cannot afford extra charges when they call people who are out of the country.
Discord, Skype, TeamSpeak, Viber, WhatsApp, everything has been blocked by Etisalat and DU in the UAE, however, they don't realize the families who suffer each day since they cannot contact their loved ones and play with their friends online games.
This petition is to encourage Etisalat, DU and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to release their ban on VOIP services such as Skype and make their guidelines more flexible.

For far too long, Internet Service Providers in the UAE have been blocking VoIP services in the region such as WhatsApp, Skype and others.
VoIP is crucial and needed for many families who are living in the United Arab Emirates and need to contact their loved ones who are living outside of the UAE, an easy, and (most of the time) free way to contact them and keep in touch is via VoIP.
I personally, have used VoIP services ever since they were introduced. They have saved me millions of dirhams (AED) a year since I didn't have to pay for "overseas" charges and I cannot stress how important it is to so many people who hold business meetings online and even make a living by using these services, not to mention some users simply can't afford paying extra fees for access to these services.
You have been blocking any and all VoIP services as soon as they launch, Skype, Discord, TeamSpeak, Viber, WhatsApp, Imo, and more have been blocked (and throttled) by you. However, you don't realize the people that suffer each day because of these bans since they cannot get in touch with their families who are outside of the country and can't play their favorite games with their online friends.
It is our right as UAE citizens to receive access to these services; Skype, Discord and others are international services that should be available for everyone around the world and there is no way to bypass your bans unless by breaking the law and using a VPN.
We appreciate that you are still giving users the option to use VoIP with your own set of applications, however some residents and expats in the UAE use VoIP for business meetings, participating in game clans and others. Your internet calling offers might work for personal uses but certainly not for business and others.
We encourage you to reconsider your bans on VoIP and make your guidelines on these services more flexible.
