Dear Madams/Sirs,

Ermias Legesse Wakijira and ESAT (Ethiopian Satelite TV) is a U.S based hate preacher on ESAT (Ethiopian Satetlite TV), who advocate  hate and violence against , Ethiopian ethnic group especially the Oromo, Somal, Tigre, Gamo and Amara , civilian business owners , in Ethiopia. They have reported made up conflict between Oromo and Somali, Gamo and Oromo, Amara and Tigre,  Sidama and Welita, Gumuz and Amara. His call for violence is  widely shared on Facebook  and YouTube. ESAT (Ethiopian Satellite TV) is working for distraction of ethnics in Ethiopia in the name of unity. However, this cannot be possible because ethnic group cannot be destroyed with propaganda.

On his latest post on Facebook, he called for attacks against Oromo and Tigre business across Ethiopia ,  according to The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations defines terrorism as "the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives" (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85) . Clearly Ermias Legese is flouting federal laws under the protection of U.S  government. 

 The disturbing fact is: Ermias Legese Wakijira  emigrated to Washington United States of America to avoid prosecution by Ethiopian government , now he calls for violent against civilians from the safe heaven of Minnesota. 

America is not a safe heaven for  Terrorist   ,Washington  is not a mountain hideout near Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

As far as we know, United States of America is our ally, and a supporter of the Secular and Democratic Republic of Ethiopia . allies, don't become complicit  on the next Rwandan style genocide.

Therefore, People of Ethiopia requesting from The president Trump, The United States Senate and The United States Department of Justice, the extradition of Ermias Legesse to The Republic of Ethiopia and/or for a crime at this scale, to the International Court of Justice at The Hague, Netherlands. We ask the US government stop ESAT  propaganda against Ethiopian people and ethnic groups.
