I met a 19 year old kid by the name of Ethan Goin, in rehab. He showed promise, he was a broken soul that endured a lot of heartache but could not win his battle against opioid abuse. Fentanyl on the streets is known as one hit and fly, or one hit and die. If the person who puts this poison in the hands of anyone, knowing the pill they just sold took a life, and show no remorse. If our loved ones can't come back home, than murder charge for the drug dealer seems fair. No more children should die. Boone should die. Please help me get this bill signed and passed. In honor of a loved one who lost their fight with addiction.
