After buying my puppy from Elite Puppies in Webster, MA and spending over $2600 to repair a congenital defect she was born with, I researched this pet store and read dozens of complaints against them. How can this place still be open for business? They don't care about their dogs or their customers! I also investigated the breeder that my Frenchton came from in MO and it is obviously a puppy mill! When we told her our vet said she needed surgery to correct a grade 3 luxating patella, her answer was "return the dog for a refund". How cold and heartless! My family fell in love with her and giving her back to them to be euthanized was not an option! How can they get away with selling sick or defected puppies? This place needs to be closed before it rips off any more people who spend thousands to save the lives of the puppies that come out of here. It's obvious the owner only cares about making money!
