The Issue

I have noticed a disheartening trend where some people tend to ignore individuals with physical disabilities (PWD) and those experiencing anxiety or panic attacks. This oversight is not just a social issue; it is a public health concern that urgently needs addressing. Public health care facilities must offer inclusive environments that cater to the needs of all patients.

A significant aspect of making these facilities more accessible and comforting is by improving their air ventilation systems. Proper air quality is crucial not only for people with compromised immune systems but also for those who suffer from mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders. Poor ventilation can exacerbate anxiety and panic attacks by restricting breathability and increasing discomfort.

We call upon local and national health authorities to prioritize the creation of specialized public health care facilities dedicated solely to individuals with mental health conditions, particularly anxiety disorders.

Current health facilities are often overcrowded, poorly ventilated, and not designed with the unique needs of mental health patients in mind. Proper ventilation is not only essential for physical well-being but also plays a vital role in creating a calming, safe, and healing environment.

By establishing well-ventilated, accessible, and specialized centers, we can provide individuals struggling with anxiety and other mental health disorders with the focused care, privacy, and supportive environment they deserve.

We believe that every person has the right to dignified and appropriate mental health services. This petition seeks to make mental health care more humane, responsive, and effective.
