I am passionately advocating from personal conviction to provide a safe haven for single mothers and women aged 30 and above. These women are motivated and determined, yet facing financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other factors which hinder them from managing stability in their lives. It is evident that many are facing unprecedented difficulties given current global challenges. According to studies, over 30% of single mothers in the U.S. are struggling with pandemic-related financial issues (Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, 2021).

We want to address this issue by establishing transitional housing and supportive services. By doing so, we can provide these women with the resources needed to regain stability. Our plan doesn't just stop at offering shelter. It extends to offering emotional support, crucial vocational training, and resources that could empower them to rise above their circumstances.
