The Issue

We, the undersigned, are petitioning for the establishment of Havana Act Awareness Day on October 8th to honor the victims and ensure that no one, civilian or government employee, is left behind.

The Havana Syndrome aka Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) is a serious concern that affects not only government employees but also American civilians who have been, and continue to be, victims of directed energy assaults. The need for greater awareness and understanding of these injuries is urgent. Establishing October 8th as Havana Act Awareness Day would not only commemorate the day when the Havana Act was enacted, following a bipartisan agreement among both Democrats and Republicans, but would also serve as a vital platform to educate the public and bring attention to this pressing issue. The Havana Act, was signed into law shortly after its passage, provides financial assistance to U.S. government employees who experience symptoms associated with these energy assaults. However, many civilians remain without support or recognition. An Awareness Day would amplify their voices, ensuring that their experiences are no longer overlooked. It also highlights the importance of developing a standardized diagnosis code, enabling better tracking, research, and treatment options for those affected.

On Havana Act Awareness Day. This day would provide an opportunity to press for concrete actions, such as laws to punish those that use any non-public weapons technology on Americans, further research into the exact directed energy device or weapon used to cause this syndrome and also creating comprehensive medical care treatment plans for all victims, regardless if they are civilians or government employees.

Join us in urging lawmakers, community leaders, and medical professionals to support this initiative. By signing this petition, you support not just the acknowledgment of the condition but also the advancement of necessary measures to protect all affected by these attacks. Join the movement towards justice and support for Victims of Directed Energy Weapons.
