Dear supporters,

What a week it's been! With your help, our petition is closing in on 15,000 signatures - such a fantastic groundswell of momentum and motivation. We've had some big wins this past week, too:

• This article in The Observer about our campaign, including a response from DHSC
• This amazing campaign from Singh on a Brompton, a dad who's cycling 100 miles in one day on his fold-up bike, just to raise awareness of our petition
• A meeting in the New Year secured with powerhouse Carolyn Harris MP, who has already done so much for women's health across the UK
• An article in the Independent this weekend
• News that some trusts are already tightening up their on-call and break policies
• News that student midwives at KCL are being polled about safe working hours

And that's just the beginning! There are some exciting collabs coming after Christmas. In the meantime, if you're cosying up with your family for the holidays, I wish you a peaceful and happy time together, and if you're on the NHS frontline, I wish you safe shifts, and all the breaks and rest you deserve.
